30-day Over-the-Counter Exchange Policy.

The customer must return the defective product to the Authorized Dealer who sold the product.

Under the following conditions credit will be issued:

Serial number, proof of purchase, or proof of installation MUST show product was pur chased or installed by the customer within the 30 Days.

Returned product must be accompanied by the RGA form authorized by the Casablanca Sales Repre sentative.

Product must be returned complete. If parts are missing, credit will be issued less the amount of the missing parts.

Damaged merchandise due to improper packaging will not be approved for credit.

Product must be returned freight prepaid, accompanied by the RGA form. A freight bill must be submitted for credit to be issued.

Unauthorized returns of Non defective or unused product will be subject to a 25% restock ing Fee.
